EGR valve blanking block plate OPEL / VAUXHALL 1.7 CDTI engines:
- Corsa C 2003 - 2006 100/101 HP (engine: Z17DTH)
- Astra G 1998 - 2004 80 HP (engine: Z17DTL)
- Astra H 2004 - 2009 100/101 HP (engine: Z17DTH)
- ZAFIRA A 1998-2004 80 HP (engine: Z17DTL)
- MERIVA A 2003 - 2008 100 HP (engine: Z17DTH, Z17DT)
Will not fit to older models (y17dt) with vacuum operated egr valves with
ISUZU 1.7 engine and Honda 1.7 i-CTDi.
Please note, that the eml quit often will come on, you can put in a 6 mm hole in the plate,
which will normally solve, this but it should not go into limp mode. If that happens,
and you don't wont that to happen, the throttle body my be at fault.
These engine also have a big problem with the throttle body's jamming, spindle's braking,
gears braking, ect. If it is broken then fitting a plate can make the problem worse,
and can go into limp mode. There are 2 options to solve this besides a new throttle body.
The butter fly flap removed, or set to open, then unplug it so the motor doesn't try to close it.
